LEGAL
Terms of service
These terms cover your use of our website and any work we do for your business. Your agreed scope adds the specifics for each pack.

1. About these terms
These terms are between [legal name of the business] (“Adbiscuit”, “we”, “us”) and the business that uses our website or buys our services (“you”).
Our services are for businesses only. If you accept these terms for a company, you confirm you have authority to do so.
Each pack also has a written scope that we agree with you before you pay. If the scope and these terms conflict, the scope wins.
2. Using our website
The content on this site, including text, design and example ads, belongs to us or our licensors. You can view and share it, but you can’t copy or reuse it without our permission.
Don’t misuse the site, for example by trying to break it, scraping it at scale or submitting false information.
Some example work on the site shows concept ads made for illustration.
The site is provided as is and may change. Links to other sites are there for convenience, and we’re not responsible for their content.
3. Applying and scope
Applying is free, and no payment is taken when you apply. We check the fit, and if an idea falls outside what we can produce well, we’ll tell you before you pay.
Before you pay, we agree the plan for your pack with you: the style and three hooks for each video, and the formats you need.
4. What you provide
To make your ads, we need your existing ads, product and packaging assets, brand guidelines, required fonts, approved and restricted claims, and relevant performance context.
You confirm that:
you own or have permission to use everything you send us, including people’s images and voices, music, fonts and logos, in the ads we make
the product claims you approve for your ads are accurate and you can back them up
you’ll give feedback and approvals on time
Delays caused by missing assets, approvals or feedback move the delivery dates to match. You’re responsible for the claims your ads make and for how and where you run them.
5. Revisions and quality corrections
Each pack includes one direction revision before full production and one consolidated revision round on the delivered videos.
Product inaccuracies, visual defects and fixes needed to meet your brand guidelines are quality corrections, not revisions. A completely new direction requested after approval is extra scope.
6. AI-assisted production
We use AI where it helps us produce approved creative efficiently and at the required quality, alongside other production methods where needed. If your company restricts AI-assisted production, tell us before we agree scope.
We review every execution for product accuracy, packaging detail and visual defects before delivery.
You decide how your ads are labelled when you publish them, including any AI disclosure required by law or by the platforms you advertise on.
7. Delivery and delays
Our target delivery time is 7 business days for a 3- or 6-video pack and 9 business days for a 10-video pack. Your scope sets the agreed delivery date for each pack.
If a delay caused by Adbiscuit leaves your pack incomplete more than five business days after the agreed delivery date, you can choose a new completion date or cancel the remaining work for a partial refund.
8. Payment
[When and how you pay, e.g. in full before production starts]. [Whether prices include or exclude VAT].
Partial refunds for late delivery are worked out as [how, e.g. pro rata for the ads not delivered].
9. Ownership and use of the ads
Once paid for, your brand can use the approved final creative across its own paid and organic marketing. We identify any third-party material restrictions before production.
Your agreed scope lists the final formats you’ll receive. Editable working or project files are included only when specifically agreed. We keep ownership of our working files, methods and tools.
Your brand assets stay yours, and we only use them to make your ads.
[Portfolio: choose one. “We only show your work or results publicly with your written permission.” or “We may show the final ads in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.”]
10. Results
We develop the creative. Your team, freelancer or media-buying partner manages campaign setup, budgets, targeting and testing. We can’t guarantee advertising performance, since that depends on audience, offer and media buying as well as the creative itself.
11. Confidentiality
We keep your non-public information, including assets, performance data and plans, confidential, and only use it to deliver your work. Please do the same with our proposals and pricing. This doesn’t cover information that’s already public or that the law requires us to share.
12. Personal data
Our Privacy policy explains how we handle personal data. Where your materials include personal data, we process it on your behalf and only on your instructions. We can sign a data processing agreement on request.
13. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, such as liability for fraud.
Otherwise, our total liability for any pack is limited to the amount you paid for that pack, and we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or revenue, or advertising spend.
14. Cancelling and ending work
If we’re late, you can cancel the remaining work for a partial refund, as set out in section 7. [What happens if you cancel for any other reason, e.g. after production starts].
Either of us can end the work if the other seriously breaches these terms and doesn’t put it right within [number] days of being told.
15. Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms. The version in force when you agree a scope applies to that pack.
These terms are governed by the law of [country], and the courts of [country] have jurisdiction.
